FENSA, the Government authorised self-certification scheme for replacement windows and doors, has formally launched the FENSA Member ID Card. Helix Training is delighted to further their existing partnership with FENSA, by being the approved issuing authority for the FENSA Card.

What is the FENSA Card?

FENSA has launched a new card – the “FENSA Member ID Card” (informally known as the “FENSA Card”). The FENSA Card acts as membership card with a fresh, modern design which includes a host of security-enhanced features such as a hologram to prevent counterfeiting. It is co-branded with FENSA members’ logo to help FENSA members promote their business to homeowners which adds professionalism and credibility.

Why has the FENSA Card been introduced?

Following engagement with FENSA members and consumer groups alike, it was found that both were keen for there to be a credible ID card. Installers wanted to demonstrate their trustworthiness and reliability, with customers wanting greater peace of mind. The new card, with a credit-card style hologram to prevent counterfeiting, aims to provide a more reliable form of identification and promote consumer confidence.

What is the cost of the FENSA Card?

A new card will cost £20 + VAT. Learn more about the FENSA Card or you can apply now.
